The Dogwood Room

The Dogwood Room is available hourly, for a full day, for evening events, and on the weekends.  Please check the calendar to determine if the Dogwood Room is available on your special day!

Fridays and Saturdays:

• 8 AM to 5 PM:  $450
• 8 AM to 11 PM: $700
• 5 PM to 11 PM:  $500
• Shorter periods of time, or additional time before or after these windows can be arranged for $75 per hour.

Sundays through Thursdays:

• 8 AM to 5 PM:  $375
• 8 AM to 11 PM:  $600
• 5 PM to 11 PM:  $400
• Shorter periods of time, or additional time before or after these windows can be arranged for $65 per hour.

Security Deposit: $250 refundable upon satisfactory exit inspection.  The security deposit and a signed lease agreement is needed in order to add your date to our online calendar.  The balance of the rental fee is needed at least two weeks before your event takes place.
